I think you should have an app, tweak up a little the website for easier faster browsing and bundle building. As VIP members we should be able to bundle more than 2 items so that you can use all of your credits worth

Hey the last time I place a order it never came so I called customer service and the guy told me that I have to wait two more weeks just to get what I order so I end up waiting more then two weeks and im a member and then he told me that he would give me a $20 credit that I never received.

"Birthday Surprise is you get no surprise"
Was advertised a "birthday surprise" when I signed up as a member. My birthday is in late April and realized during the first week of May that I hadn't heard anything about this "surprise." I reached out to customer service, and they responded that they offer 25% off orders automatically during the birthday month but don't notify customers about it "unless they inquire." I was then told there's nothing they can do about it in retrospect; nothing they can offer me since the month is past. Then I was asked why I was just now enquiring after this "surprise", the first week in May, since April was "some days" past, like I did something wrong? The whole convo, the agent was pretty curt and I'm just not interested in doing business with people that inconsiderate. I'm spending my current accrued credits and plan on canceling my membership. Surprise! You get nothing!!

“SCAM SCAM SCAM! THERE A FEW COMPANIES UNDER THE SAVAGE X FENTY brand. They offer no corporate name, number, address and they will literally hang up when you catch them in a lie. Example: I was told my first order was sent in 2 packages and they are in transit. I said that's a lie because I received my package 3 days ago all in one package. I asked what did they send in the first package and they couldn't tell me which items or even how many items they sent out. They said I was blacklisted and I've only became their new member since 10/25/20. I've only made 2 purchases, didn't receive my items and then you blacklist me? They have over $500 of my money and I have no product. I call "corporate" number and they give you 2 options that will hang up on you either option you choose. It's these small little companies under the brand name like JustFab and Lavender Lingerie and Textile; probably even more companies I'm not sure. But it makes Rihanna's brand look very very bad, untrustworthy and deceitful. Look at their BBB reviews someone rights a review almost everyday about how they got scammed! This is crazy!”
