I did get my refund in the end, so that was good. But the return process felt slow and I kept checking like, wait, is this moving at all? It worked out, just took longer than I expected...

I opened my package and found stuff I never even ordered. Super frustrating, especially since it feels like the terms or order details keep changing and it’s hard to know what I’m actually supposed to be getting. I just wanted the items I paid for, not a random mix of things.

I liked some of the items I found, and the site was easy enough to use overall. The VIP membership part was a little confusing though. I did not really understand how the monthly charge and credit system worked until I clicked around for a while. It was not a terrible experience, but I do wish it had been explained more clearly before checkout. The prices look good at first, but they really depend on whether you are using the membership.
"Unexpected charge and frustrating support"
So... I ordered from savagex.com and the amount I ended up being charged wasn’t the same as what I saw at checkout. It wasn’t a massive difference, but it was still frustrating because the billing should be clear and accurate. I tried to get it sorted out, but it felt like I was just going in circles with no real answer. The whole thing left a bad impression, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

I sent an order back to Savage X, and yeah, the refund did eventually hit my card, so I can’t really complain about that part.
It just took way longer than I expected, ngl. I kept checking my email trying to figure out what was going on, and the updates weren’t super clear.
Overall, it wasn’t a total mess or anything, but it wasn’t exactly smooth either. If the refund had come through faster, I’d probably rate it higher.

I really like that Savage X usually has the sizes and colors I’m looking for in stock. When new stuff drops, it makes it so much less frustrating to shop. I’ve been happy with it overall.

I ordered from Savage X and everything showed up fine, no issues there. The only thing I noticed was the shipping cost felt a little high for what I got, well, not crazy high, just more than I expected at checkout. Overall I’m still happy with my order, I just wish the shipping was a bit cheaper.

"Good stuff, but the tracking was a mess"
I ordered from SAVAGE X FENTY and the items themselves were fine, no real complaints there. But the tracking was so frustrating. For days it just sat on “label created,” so I’m sitting there wondering if it even shipped or if the package was just hanging out somewhere. Then suddenly it updated like it was still in another state, and somehow it showed up at my door that same day? Which, great, I got it, but also what was the point of tracking if none of it was accurate. I reached out to customer service and they basically just told me to wait, which I get, but it didn’t really help when the updates made no sense. Overall not the worst ordering experience, but they really need to fix the tracking situation

The material is super soft, like softer than I thought it would be. I wasn’t expecting it to feel this nice, but it kind of does, so yeah, happy with it.

"Canceling was actually easy"
I was expecting canceling my Savage X membership to be a whole thing, but it was way easier than I thought. I found the cancel option without having to click around forever, and the instructions were straightforward.
There wasn’t any awkward back-and-forth or annoying wait, which I really appreciated. I got the confirmation after, so I knew it actually went through. Weirdly, I remember I was eating cold leftover fries while doing it, which somehow made the whole “quick and painless” thing even more memorable.
